Windom Security Strategies Today is committed to complying with the letter and spirit of all laws, regulations, contractual and ethical obligations to which the company is subject. As part of the company’s commitment to legal, moral and ethical business practices, the company has a complaint and grievance procedure for employees, personnel working on our behalf, or outside third parties to report issues regarding the company or its personnel.

Complaints or grievances can be raised directly to our Human Resource Department.

Retaliation against any individual who reports a complaint or grievance is strictly prohibited.
